Work

From incoming mail to the next action.

For a solo PI practice, an email can mean a document to file, a reply to review or something only the attorney can decide. We built the tools to move each one along.

One inbox. Different kinds of work.

Medical records, adjuster follow-ups and court notices arrived together. The attorney needed each message connected to its case and the right next action.

The message starts the workflow.

Mail is sorted into the firm’s categories, matched to a case and ranked by urgency. Documents are filed in SharePoint. Routine replies are drafted for review; uncertain items go to the attorney.

The attorney can edit, discard or send a draft. Nothing sends without approval. We also maintain the firm’s accounts, licenses, security and vendors.

Trigger: Medical records arrive from Example Clinic.

Action: Match the email to its case and file the documents in the case’s SharePoint folder.

Exception: If the case match is uncertain, flag it for review. Any outgoing reply still needs the attorney’s approval.

The firm owns the system.

One monthly service fee, plus AI usage. No per-case fee or share of a recovery. We maintain the tools and adjust the categories as the practice changes.
